How do I arrange for my CDF Online password to be reset?                 

Ring the Catholic Development Fund on (03) 6208 6260 or email us, provide your CDF Online logon requesting a new password together with your contact details. We will then contact you with the new password.

We can now also set you up so you can reset your own password using ‘One Time Password Reset’. To do this you will need to provide your Mobile Number to the CDF. We will then instruct you how to activate this in your CDF Online.

How do I query unidentified amounts on my statements or check my account balance?

Unidentified amounts on statements can be queried by telephone (03) 6208 6260 or by emailing us and quoting the CDF account number, amount and date of transaction.

How do I arrange for changes to signatories on my account?

Telephone CDF (03) 6208 6260 or email us and one of our staff will guide you through the required steps.

How do I arrange to drawdown on loan accounts?
